Beat Burnout: Practical Resilience for Educators

OPUA Agency is partnering with Kaiser Permanente's Educational Theatre to bring the Thriving Schools initiative to as many K-12 Teachers and School Staff as possible. This program works to strengthen the health and well-being of school communities across the country, so every school succeeds, every employee excels, and every child thrives. The Resilience In School Environments: Understanding and Practice (RISE UP), utilizes a social-emotional arts-based approach to examine mental health challenges in the school environment and create safe spaces to practice resilience tools. In this specific workshop, we will present: Harnessing the Power of Hope-exploring creative wellness strategies for the classroom and daily life that foster hope and motivate action.
